Kettle Corn
3/4 - 1 C popping corn
1/4 C oil (or enough to cover the bottom of pot)
1/4 C sugar
salt
In a large pot, heat oil with about 3 kernels in it. Once the 3 kernels pop, you know the oil is hot enough to pour in the rest of the corn. As soon as the kernels start sizzling, shake in the sugar as evenly onto the corn as possible. Cover with the lid, and give the pot some light shakes to even everything out. Occasionally give the pot some more shakes until all the corn is popped. Lightly salt while pouring the corn out into your bowl.
Enjoy!
