Turkey/Chicken Casserole

1 box stuffing

1 cup chicken broth (I used Turkey stock)

1 stick butter

Prepare stuffing according to directions using the broth and butter listed above. Set aside.

2 1/2 cups cooked turkey (or chicken)

1 can cream of chicken soup

1/2 cup sour cream (or mayonnaise)

1/2 tsp. thyme

1/8 tsp. paprika

1 tsp onion powder (or 1/2 onion finely chopped)

1/4 tsp. celery salt (or 1 rib sliced celery)

Combine, and place in a 8x12 or 9x9 baking dish. Top with the stuffing. Cover and bake at 325 for 30 min.
