Sausage Potato Foil Dinner

1 1/2 lb. potatoes - diced to bite size (I like to use Sweet Gold Potatoes)
1 lb. kielbasa - sliced
2-3 tsp. blackened chicken seasoning (depends on how spicy you like it)
1 1/2 Tbl. Chicken bouillon
1 Tbl. sugar
1/2 lb or 1/2 C vegetables  - bite size (i.e. carrots, string beans, broccoli, etc.)

Butter (only needed if grilling or cooking in a campfire)
Heavy Duty Foil (only needed if grilling or cooking in a campfire)

In the Oven:
In a large bowl combine all ingredients, and mix well.  Pour into a medium sized, greased backing dish.  Cover with foil and bake at 400 F for about 45 min.

On the Grill or Fire:
In a large bowl combine all ingredients, and mix well.  Separate into 2 portions, and place each on a greased large sheet of Heavy Duty Foil.  Top with dabs of butter, and seal the packets.  Place on medium-high grill or coals, and cook for about 25 -45 min.  Flip packets at least once.
