Snicker Doodles

1/2 C Butter (softened)

1/2 C shortning (softened) - I use butter flavored

1 1/2 C sugar

2 eggs

2 3/4 C flour

2 tsp. cream of tarter

1 tsp. baking soda

1/4 tsp. salt

2Tbs. sugar

2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix butter, shortening, sugar and eggs. Blend in the flour, tarter, soda and salt. Chill for 30-60 min. Shape dough into balls, and roll in the sugar and cinnamon mixture. Place on un-greased cookie sheet, and bake at 400F for 9-10 min or until set.
